Very easy, no haggle deal. Ricky was great and no pressure. Vehicle is in great shape and very satisfied with our purchase.

Once again another good trip to have our subaru worked on. Service advisor Norma was pleasant, helpful (filled in for other advisor not in that day) and answered my questions.
