Today, I made my third purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Harlingen, and once again, the experience was outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Jose Hernandez, who has now helped me with two of my car purchases. Jose is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re choosing the right vehicle for your needs. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident in my decision. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and sincere—Jose truly goes above and beyond. Loved my 2023/Mercedes-Benz Class/CPE 300, but the service was horrible at Mercedes in Harlingen! Every service appt was a struggle. Starting with Xavier, Andy and Steve being rude and having NO customer service manners. They could never provide a time when the service would be completed. It was always difficult to get a loaner. When I would drop off my vehicle for a regular service, they would always take the whole day to complete it. They definitely take advantage of the women. In one instance, I was picked up on a tow truck with two men and placed in between them. In another instance, I told the driver to take care of my vehicle since it was my baby, and the driver responded, "Then I'm your baby, too, since I'm driving it." Very disrespectful and rude men in the service area at Mercedes in Harlingen. This was my 2nd Mercedes vehicle I owned and the last one. On 11.23.24, after I picked up my vehicle from service, I went straight to Toyota to trade in my Mercedes. Toyota personnel are very polite they have GREAT customer service, salesmen, and finance department. Will never return to Mercedes!

This place is awful! Took almost 10 hours of waiting to get a car! It was excuse after excuse, and still days later after getting the car we’re still getting contacted about issues on THEIR part that we thought were resolved! Very unprofessional and looks like no one knows what they're doing! And the manager never once apologized and was rude to my family! Save your time and PLEASE go somewhere else!

Sergio Teran tried his best to get me into a car. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to, due to my credit. Evsn though, he went out of his way to try to help me. Once my credit gets better, I will be back at Cardenas and will deal only with Sergio!!

On june 25, Monday my 300glc was totaled by the flood , by friday Isreal Rodriquez had me in a new 2019 4 door sedan . Insurance semi totaled the car and i needed a new one. Isreal and the Cardenas team and along with Reba McNair,, sergio and Efrain had me driving out of the dealership in a new loaded vehicle . I have to thank Isreal Rodriquez and his team for everything they did.. Service dept is amazing . I always say going to cardenas Harlingen is like getting together with family. With Andy Lara and Steve the service guys , your always in good hands.. I promise. Robert Subia Is a great, he helped up with out GLC300 and he was super polite i can honestly say in the auto business he has been the most honest and respectful amd friendly salesmen we have dealt with....if any one is thinking of buying a car ask for him he is 1000% recommended..
