I took my car for service, and decided to trade it in for a used certified vehicle. Pank helped me with the service part and was knowledgeable and provided excellent service from beginning to end. The salesperson was Jorge, and he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, listened to my needs, responsive and provided exceptional service. Pank and Jorge worked well together on the entire process. Great internal collaboration for a Mercedes experience.
