We brought our Acadia in with what we thought was a warranty issue. I turned out that our serial number was not covered. However, Dave had the vehicle checked out and advised it did needed a new shifter. He advised us of the estimated time for repairs and also contacted Ally about possible coverage. David as always kept us updated all the way through the process.
