I purchased my brand-new car in December of 2019. I also financed a service contract. Since then, my car has continued to run excellently. I'm prompted for regularly scheduled services (approx. every 5,000 miles). After scheduling my appointment and arriving on time, I was immediately checked in. I choose to wait for the service. While waiting, I am provided with a text number where I can check on the status. The work is regularly completed within an hour and a half. All of the costs have been covered by my contract. All the personnel from the check-in until the delivery after service are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There are service locations closer to me, but I greatly appreciate the service that I get at Koons Chevrolet GMC Clarksville.
The service is great and Kacey is always polite and welcoming. I usually wait for my car and I am kept informed of the wait time.

Service was quick, accurate and honest. I'd recommend them to a friend or anyone looking for a place to purchase and service their vehicle.
Service Advisor Dave Hammond was great to work with. He answered my questions, and double checked for warranty coverage and any available discounts. Dropped the vehicle off at 8am for a throttle body replacement, and it was done by early afternoon. I was contacted by both phone and text when service was completed.
Good experience with Koons GMC of Clarksville MD. Jason was a superb salesman and has been following up with regarding an Owners Manual issue. Very appreciative.
