After dealing with several other Chevy dealerships in Florida, this was a pleasant surprise. The team was very friendly, extremely capable, and had a no nonsense approach. They gave me a great price on a new truck, an excellent price on my trade-in, and work with financing just the way I wanted it. There were no hidden fees, I didn’t feel I was being taken advantage of, and we didn’t have to deal on price. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys in the future.

Traded my 2021 Silverado that I paid 40,000 dollars for in on a 25,000-dollar with extra goodies for a 2024 Buick they rushed the whole process in the finance and no paper work to go over they are a bunch of crooks do not buy anything my pay off was 20,000 so they did not give me any equity toward my down payment instead added another 10,000 dollars onto the new Buick if I would have known I was only getting 20,000 dollars for my truck I would have never traded it in only had 30,000 miles on it and loaded again bought my truck from this place and traded it back in and still get screwed never buy anything from beck

I've been a loyal customer of Beck Chevrolet since moving to Putnam County last March. This morning when I started my truck both engine cooling fans came on full bore and would not turn off even after the truck was shut off and the key removed. When I called and spoke to a service advisor he had little concern that my truck was unusable and the engine fans would not turn off telling me the next appointment was in a week. I was told a manager would call me to assist and after waiting three hours still no call. This is terrible customer and I would not recommend getting service there. There are plenty of other Chevrolet dealers around.

As a business owner it is vital to have my truck on the road, everyday. I came in with and issue and it was corrected the same day, while I waited! Great service from Billy, Chris, Jeremy and crew!
