Always get prompt and friendly service on my Corvette Mason , Bill and everyone else in the service department are great to work with.
Did a great job fixing my camaro. Excellant communication and explanation on all aspects of repairs.
I have had a wonderful relationship w Whitmoyers, I will say if you are going to continue raising your prices for service and now this surcharge, you will start eliminating us people on a fixed income. I think the surcharge is totally uncalled with your service rates.
Staff was friendly on the phone making the appointment to have our corvette inspected. When arriving at dealership it was a pleasurable experience as usual, Bill Reiter is always friendly and a professional who talks to you like a friend. the customer lounge is nice as well to wait while you are in for service. I cannot say enough good things about WhitMoyer Chevrolet service department, this topic also comes up at the Lancaster County Corvette Club meetings how well you are treated. I also took the time to go to the showroom to look at a 70th anniversary z06, I wasn't pressured but was greeted with if I needed help they would be happy to assist - NO pushy sales staff!! Good reliable service at very competitive prices. I purchased a car from them 11 years ago and never went any where else for the check ups and repairs. 11 years later, the car still looks and runs like brand new. Also, I find the people who work with me there to be kind, professional and always there when I need them. I would buy a car from them again just because of the great service department at Whitmoyers.
New ownership has made it difficult to actually call directly to Chevy service and actually speak to a service manager, Mason or Bill. Actual service still good. New person in process of getting up to speed. Had asked her about a state inspection. Inspection not done nor a phone called made explaining my options. I did address with Mason who agreed and offered to resolve. I opted to wait until next appointment.
