We met Sheldon during a time of high stress, needing a car fast to get out to Colorado to start a new job. He was the perfect salesperson to help us with our 4Runner. Super knowledgeable and passionate about cars... especially Toyotas, like his Rav 4 that he told us about! He helped us with our SR5, and with a real caring manner and sense of humor, became our friend in the short time we worked with him. He helped us sort out the paperwork and then the new app, and was a total human all the time... great guy, super Toyota representative!!!
