I can’t say enough good things about Lou DeFranco. He went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure I was taken care of. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely kind—not just doing his job, but truly caring about my experience and making sure everything was handled smoothly and correctly. It’s rare these days to find someone who treats customers with that level of respect and effort, but Lou absolutely does. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. Great dealership however lazy lube techs upon purchasing the vehicle it still had oil residue on the engine needed to be cleaned with a degreaser and I mentioned that it had very very low coolant below the minimum line I asked for them to fill it before I picked it up it was not filled and neither was washer fluid these are minor things I fixed myself but still
