Arlene, Tony, Victor, and Kervin did a great job making the transaction easy. Kervin helped us navigate all of the infotainment stuff on the car and get our phones hooked up.

He consistently takes great care of me and all of my vehicles. What really stands out is how he goes above and beyond to make sure I’m always in the loop—he communicates clearly, follows up without being asked, and is always respectful of my time. My car was ready in the service department same day as promised. The front desk rep kindly assisted with my Lyft rides to and from the dealership. Although the drop off was a little bumpy I have to give xxxxxxto Joshua’s de-escalation skills and for going far and above to ensure that I, as the customer, was happy. He checked with his managers who approved exactly what was needed.
