Good service and friendly staff. However, they could improve by explaining what is and isn’t covered by their insurance before selling it to customers.
They are very good services and helping including receptionist , sales person, and financial advisor. Appreciate it and will highly recommend my friends coming 👍

Jonathan was really an excellent salesman. Bent over backwards to answer all questions and guide us through the new car sales process.
Westside was a great place to purchase, especially Jim Fikaris who helped with the sales. The car has been a pleasure to drive, but frustrated with getting the NAV System and other electronic gadgets to work. So far, they are not working as they should. Reached out to Shannon, my original sales guy, but he told me to read the book and listen to the tutorial.
Very personable and handled sale with ease. Although it was not a large purchase I still felt like it was an important one. Shannon and team helped make the purchase special since it was my daughter's first car. I will recommend Shannon and team to others as well as consider purchasing there again for myself in the future.
