Andrey was fantastic! He was friendly, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. He also made picking up the car very smooth and as quick as possible (with me knowing finance will try to upsell a service package to me). Victoria (a sales manager) also made things straightforward. I was irked by a different sales manager who bizarrely refused to negotiate with me. But Victoria stepped in and thanks to her and Andrey we closed the deal.
