My new F150 was a Z-Plan Purchase. My sales person Barry Duffy was very cooperative and made the process very easy. The delivery was the same. His communications was also very good. At this time I am Very satisfied with my new F-150.
The service itself was very good. Andrea kept me abreast of the entire process from check in to the completion of the inspection. The mechanics did a great job of getting my car inspected and oil change+. My two issues with this department were: 1) When I called to schedule my appointment, the female service rep (not Andrea) was very curt and short with me on the phone. As soon as she scheduled my appointment time, she immediately hung up the phone. 2) When I went to pick up my vehicle, the parking spot where they said the vehicle was supposed to be, there was another vehicle parked into that spot. After personally checking the next 2 rows of vehicles, I returned to the cashiers office and informed the young lady that my car is not where she said it was (she got the spot off of the paperwork that was given to her). She looked flustered and did not know what to do. Fortunately a salesman was there, took my keys and had one of the mechanics look for my car. Approximately 10-15 minutes later, the mechanic appeared with my vehicle.
It's always a good experience when I go to get service. Nice folks too. Andrea is fabulous!
Service advisor Kevin Konek is a huge benefit to Washington Ford! He has ALWAYS treated me well & made sure my Escape was serviced perfectly!
Ryan did a great job in all aspects of my order and purchase. Service did a really nice job applying the surface protection. Great experience. This is my 3d vehicle I got here and it's always been a good experience.
It is very easy to schedule service. The employees are polite and very helpful. They provided a shuttle to my place of work and delivered the vehicle when service was completed.
