I am always treated well when I go to Walker Ford. Dan Victory has always been able to work me into the service schedule when I call him. The service technicians are very thorough and do a clean job on my truck. The courtesy van driver gets me back home and picks me up when my truck is ready. What more could you ask for?
They took care of the issue and kept me informed every step. Brooks got me a loaner car to use while they waited for the new part to arrive.
When they say we'll get you in and Out quickly if you get here between 7am and 8am. I guess quickly means different things to different people. One and a half hours to patch a tire. Waiting room was nice.
