I came in for oil change and given an estimate of 1.5 hours. Set my own timer to 1 hour. And Thomas came to me before it went off. Very pleased by everything. The waiting area was comfortable, free coffee and water, and a vending machine if desired. A TV was on and I could have watched whatever, but had to catch up on emails using their Wi-Fi.
