I went in for an oil change and the people were very friendly and professional. The oil change was finished before I expected it to be and the vehicle check out was explained to me. I was more than satisfied.

Pleasant, professional staff, vehicle was serviced within the time frame requested, and competitively priced. I’ve had my vehicle serviced exclusively at Bergstrom Kaukauna and will continue to do so in the future.

The building physically inside and out very clean the service personnel dressed, nice and clean very polite spoke loud and clear and made sure. I understood what he was saying the waiting area very nice and accommodating with coffee and Coco. I had Coco the chairs were comfortable the facilities, smelt good I came in for an oil change and tire rotation.

Trustworthy and easy to work with during the buying process. Would continue to work with them in the future.
