What Others Say

Bought a truck from Justin Marshal, great experience. Batman knows Dodge trucks. I would recommend working with Justin to anyone looking for a car or truck.

Stay away!! Brought truck in for an estimate only. Weeks went by and no word, called and they said they were working with Cummins for pricing parts for the estimate. Later we find out that they sent our head out to Baril Engine to be resurfaced. We didn't authorize any kind of work written or verbal. We immediately saw the manager who told us the mechanic involved had been fired and we weren't going to have to pay for the unauthorized work. She would give us a call when the truck was back together. No call. We call and find out our brackets had been lost and it would be longer, meanwhile our motor was laying out taken apart and not covered. Finally got a call saying the truck was ready. Go to start it and it's running really rough. They say maybe glow plugs and ask us to take the truck. We refuse. (Truck doesn't even have glow plugs) They look into it more and now say they think it's an injector (sounds reasonable since they could have been damaged when disassembled . They leave a message saying they ordered the injector, we call back right away to verify injector wouldn't be charged either since they are the ones who messed it up. They assure us they won't charge for it. My husband then sends a text authoring the injector to be installed since we verified we wouldn't be charged. We wait, no word, we call, mechanic was sick, not done. Call later, a mechanic quit and another retired so they are down on diesel mechanics. Get a call, manager says still running rough, they think it's because they used an after market injector and now we're going to order an oem injector. No word, it's been 6 months now. Husband goes to visit in person. Finds out manager quit. New manager has a smirk on her face and says they aren't doing anything anymore, they lost enough money and that they had a text authoring work. (That's the text authorizing the injector, which the manager said we wouldn't be charged for since they messed up our truck) THE new manager has no idea, she thinks she is slick but we have our phone calls recorded and have proof that the text she is referring to is the one about the injector. We have photos of the uncovered motor taken apart, screen shots of conversations. KNOW THE LAWS. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. DON'T GO HERE. We have contacted a lawyer, he wants us to file with the BBB and Datcp since they can do a more thorough investigation before we bring legal action. When we win, not only will they be liable for repairs, but also our court costs. That's the law. Oh, and go to Bergstrom Kaukauna reviews and select "Newest", because they have it set up that you only see good reviews at first glance. The truth is mind blowing on how crappy they are,and how many people have been burned.

I would never bring your Jeep or any vehicle there I had an extended warranty which paid for the part and the time it would take to cover everything and I had a bill of over $500 just in labor cost in which they overcharged me that much to put a cluster in on my Dash would what would have taken 30 minutes to 45 and they called me 4 hours later to say it was ready and overcharged me and talk to the service manager she was absolutely horrible and when I left the dealership my traction control came back on went back to the dealership called them at least 10 times and they never returned my phone call terrible service and terrible customer service I I would never recommend this dealership for anything I wouldn't even go there for an oil change if it was the last place on Earth

bought a challenger , easy pleasant transaction , sales person carl was great and very helpful to complete the sale

PLEASE BEWARE! THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM OVER THERE I TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR SERVICE OVER THERE. OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION, LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE TIRE ROTATION AND NEVER DID IT. HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS DID THEY DO THIS TOO. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED.

I bought this 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 brand new and at 400 miles on a trip to visit grandchildren, the electronic locks quit working day 8. I called the salesman, Jim Loppnow and he said we can make you an appointment to brings it in or you can take it to a Ram dealership closer to you. I said this is "unacceptable" as it is a huge waste of my time for a BRAND NEW VEHICLE that should have no problems. He gave me the customer service number for Chrysler, 800-247-9753 and I talked to EMILY. She said she would get back to me. I waited 3 hours, nothing. In the meantime I went to get lunch and when I put the key in the lock to unlock the door the EMERGENCY Horn went off and went off and went off until I started it up and started driving. I locked it with the key at my destination. When I came back and unlocked it the EMERGENCY HORN went off loud and again and again until I started it up and started driving off. Now I am afraid to go anywhere because of these electronic failures. I called Chrysler again and reported the NEW problem. The person I talked to said that EMILY had not started a case for my complaint because Chrysler's computers were not working. I told her about the new problem. She tried to call the dealership and had to leave a voice mail. I told her what I wanted was someone from the dealership to drive up leave me a vehicle and pick up my Ram 1500 fix it and deliver it back. I am not going to hold my breath because I think I will die from this HORRIBLE ANTI-CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not, do not, do not do business with Chrysler. I had a Toyota for 10 years with absolutely no problems. What was I thinking????
