My experience with Valley Lexus was far better than my expectations! My wife and I were shopping around for our first family size vehicle. We had gone to most other car dealerships to test drive and select a vehicle. Every single dealership we went to, we met a version of the “stereotypical care sales man”. I caught each in multiple lies not only about the vehicles they offer, but also lies about other dealerships and cars. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Trevor Ravelli. He was very courteous, knowledgably about all aspects of cars, and just a good down to earth gentleman. He was able to answer all my questions, and we even left to go check out other vehicles after the test drive. He never put down any other brand, dealership, or type of vehicle. He just informed us on the pros and cons and allowed us to make up our own mind. He is the reason my wife and I returned and bought a vehicle. In this day and age, finding a sales person who looks out for the customer, cares about the product, and makes the experience a hassle free is exceeding rare. My wife and I are very happy with the experience, and I would highly encourage anyone looking for a Lexus to give Trevor Ravelli a call.
If you are in the market to buy a car this is NOT the place to do business. Full of excuses and stories. I am from out state. They asked for my drivers license and credit application to later tell me that their company policy didn’t allow them to sell a car out of state unless there was a wire transfer. When I asked why did asked for my driver’s license and credit application if they knew the policy there was no answer. Someone name Eddie M claim to be a sales manager was the one behind the back and forth nonsense excuses. The guys is so bad that they didn’t even know how to sell a car out of state. Said he was going to call me back and nothing. Then sends me an email talking about the company policy. Again, DO NOT DO business here. I had a horrible experience.
Just purchased a used RXL from Modesto Lexus. Gabriel and Victor were both excellent to work with. I highly recommend working with both. They knew the workings of the car and assisted with programming prior to leaving the sales lot. I even received the "red bow" experience - made the final phase of this transaction so much fun!!!
Dealership is excellent. Service department is thorough and courteous. Workmanship is top notch. Service writer Ruben is outstanding!
Took my car on the 11th for service, came back and car sat in my garage while I went on vacation. Took it in again on the 18th and then noticed a massive deep scratch on my rear side panel. Called dealer and they sent me the snapshot of the so called inspection they did. I asked for the snapshot from the 11th and MAGICALLY they didn’t capture that side of the vehicle. Dealer manager said there is nothing they can do. It’s just mysterious how they manage to capture the vehicle after the damage was done but not before. I will NEVER take a vehicle back to this dealer. I’d rather drive an hour away for better service and bowing my car won’t need a 2500 dollar paint job now that’s coming out of my pocket for something their service department caused. This is just flat out horrible service. How is it they captured the image from this service but not from the previous service. Gave some lame excuse how cars pile up and they can’t capture everything. Uh no sorry I don’t buy that lame xxx excuse. I will NEVER go back there.
Looking for a specific type of late model used car. Went to see Shawn (used car Manager) at Valley Lexus (who also owns BMW and Kia). He set me up with Kevin (salesman). They found me exactly what I was looking for in the BMW inventory. They brought the vehicle to Lexus and let me take it on an extended test drive. They were very generous on their offer for my trade-in (considerably more than Carmax offered). Withing 3 hours they made me a fantastic deal and I drove off with my new (to me) vehicle. I had a minor issue with the vehicle the next day. Although I did not have any warantee, they promptly resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Kevin and Shawn to anyone looking for a new (or used) vehicle. I always felt like a valued customer and felt they had my best interest in mind. Ask my wife, I am not the easiest to deal with very particular in my dealings with salespeople. Bravo to Shawn and Kevin. Ask for them by name.
