Excellent. This is the premium service I expect from a Cadillac dealer, and the reason I will purchase again.
Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easygoing. He made me feel comfortable. He took care of everything. Jay was impressive as well.He is very personable and made the signings(( finances)smooth.The process was easier than I had anticipated.
