I had a great experience getting my oil changed and tire rotation. It has been the highlight of my year.
The Dervice Department does a very good job. This supports the idea of buying a new automobile from the Sales Dept.

Had a great experience with my recent oil change and maintenance appointment. Got an appointment the same day I called. Greeted quickly upon arrival with friendly service managers who quickly filled out on a tablet info needed to process the work/ service request. Manager trainee led me into the waiting room after offering me an approximate time of about an hour wait. Approximately 1/2 hour later, a text came to my phone, stating 2 items could use replacing.I was able to approve the new cabin filter and wiper blades and via text,10 min later, was asked to come back to check out at service manager’s desk. Checked out quickly and was on the road in less than an hour. Service seems to improve every time I make a visit!
It was very easy to get a maintenance appointment and my serviceman was extremely helpful!
Carey is very helpful and has a very good customer service. I will recommend her to anyone else.
