Horrible customer service. Made my wife cry,and in top of that she had to miss work because she could not register her vehicle. Don't buy from them. The G.M is very aggressive towards anyone who questions how their registration prosses work from another state.
Yuriy in your service department is the greatest. he cares about his customer's and goes well beyond for them. It was going to be longer than they thought so he offered us a loner so we could do things.
I bought my first financed car here. Daniel and Alan worked with my family and I so well. They made it so easy for us and truly cared about their help and service for us.
Very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of which I had gone through with my truck.
Was told it would take 4 - 5 hours and it did. Kept me informed of work.
We had some confusion on where my new Grand Cherokee Limited was supposed to be treated at but we resolved the situation. I wish something would have been offered for all the confusion and time I spent getting the situation satisfied and the run around about where to get my Grand Cherokee taken care.
