from the time I entered the entrance, professional and friendly representative Adam Cole explained everything and took the time to make sure that I was okay with everything
Just purchased a new Camry with the help of sales associate, Entela. She was prompt at welcoming us when we arrived at the dealership. She explained the differences in the trims of the model we were looking at and helped find the car that had all the features that were important to us. Entela was very warm and friendly and really went above and beyond. Especially after our purchase, she helped connect my phone to the car and the app and showed us all the features on the cars navigation screen. Would 100% recommend Entela if you are in the market to shop for a car.
The dealership is great, both Carl (Salesperson) & Sal (financial guy) went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident moving forward. Carl, was exceptional the entire way through. I was waiting for a little over a week for the car to come through and he provided me updates every step Of the way and was just as excited as I was to get me in the vehicle! 10/10 for sure!
