We had bought a Corolla Hybrid from Eric before and his service and attention to our needs was one of the positive attractions that made dealing with him again so congenial. We had had a Camry (more than one, actually) in the past and the fact that a AWD Hybrid was available this time was crucial for our decision. Also the quieter ride was an important factor and Eric made it easy for us to test drive the Camry in situations that revealed the comfort, quiet and economical fuel usage. Top marks!

I felt very comfortable with him assisting me with my new car purchase. When my new RAV4 came in, he came to my home to drive me to the dealership to get my car. My son, Brain, was to take me but he was on duty at Maryville Fire Department that day. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the next day or Monday to pick it up.
