Toyota of Irving is a distance to go for me, but to me it's worth it. Employees are courteous, respectful, and helpful. They service my car and don't try to high pressure me into additional parts or services. Their prices are equal or lower than others; I trust they install and maintain Toyota quality standards. Since I wait for my car to be serviced, I appreciate the clean and relatively quiet waiting area including a gift shop for browsing. My car's service is completed in the estimated amount of time or less. Gratefully, Catherine

I was not happy at all with the service, especially with the technician that work on my vehicle due to the fact that there was some insulation inside the engine a lot of insulation inside the engine. The technician left it behind. I don’t even know how that insulation got there, it could have ignited a fire in the vehicle, so I had to come back to show it to them. Unfortunately the manager was already gone before I got there, but I met some of the service people and they saw it. They saw what happened so for that reason I was not happy with the Toyota Of Irving service.
