Seemed very distracted and not very coordinated. Long wait to see financial agent. No one seemed to listen to me so things took longer than they should have. So far love car but scratching my head at sales and financial. .
Overall good. Emily was very nice, but total experience is a bit sterile. As you walk around the dealership nobody greets you or says hello. The only person who said anything to me, other then Emily, was the receptionist at the showroom front desk. She was the saving grace of the front end. From the moment you drive into the service drive the whole time is cold. I realize an oil change doesn't necessarily need to be a fun experience, but it should at least be pleasant. At every point of contact in the place, I was met with an icy stare. It almost felt like nobody liked working there. Love my car, and will probably buy another Toyota, but may get it at Wilson's only because when there the employees are much friendlier and engaging.
Service was quick and thorough. I like the videos. The coffee is a nice plus to have available while waiting.
I was expecting the worst and it was the easiest, painless experience at a service department of a car dealership.
