Always a pleasure!?? The service was prompt, courteous and I really appreciate the shuttle service. Kevin was my first driver and I think Mike was the driver who picked me up from Home, and brought me back. Overall, I can say Toyota provides efficient, excellent and convenient service all the way around the only thing that would've made it better is if my tires were free??
We were able to get an earlier appointment which was nice. The communication was excellent, too.
The techs are always polite and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend Toyota of Des Moines.

The service advisor and the dealership took care of our request and it was completed timely.
I have always had good service, no complaints there. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait for over an hour for a shuttle. The driver was very pleasant, however.
