Bought a new RAV4, Jose Banuelos Was my sales rep, very helpful it all went smooth no problems love the service that I have gotten in the past on my tundra. Highly recommend Jose, and Lori and Roy in the service department.
Three months, thousands $, cars in worse shape, had to tow it out of there for its own safety when you catch them lying to your face they act like that's normal business practice.
They failed to do an oil change properly. Overfilled my oil. Gas mileage tanked right after I paid the 1000 to do a full service. Horrific dealership. They will attempt to take advantage of you. Avoid at all costs.
I took my New Tacoma , that I spent $40,000 on to the service dept. to have a squeal checked out, and also had an over full engine oil level. I also asked that the gear box oil levels be checked. They gave me an oil change, and over filled it again. I asked why they would they do that, and the reply was they filled it to Spec. Sorry it just does not work that way. I pumped out the excess myself. It was a half inch over full on the stick. They said they could not find the squeal, but they did check the gear box oils and said all was well. I asked if the tech had to add any oil, and the service writer said, maybe. I asked to speak to the Tech. The service writer refused. I said it is a matter of trust, and I wanted some answers. I spoke with the Service Manager, who said that was his policy, and he was not going to change it. I will never go back to that service dept. as all they are is a revolving door to make money and no customer service after sale. Even after a $40,000 sale. The service writers I had to deal with are kids with attitudes, and canned answers such as (They all do that). If you don't care about your vehicle then take it to this dealership.
I have been getting my wifes 2007 RAV4 serviced here for over 5 years. I have never had a negative experience and always had great communication with the Service dept. Recently we were looking to update my Wife's RAV4 so I was working with Mark Osburn via the Internet sales dept. I found a 2019 RAV4 that might fit my wife's needs so via the internet I worked with Mark to check it out. I had an unexpected day off a few days later, so I dropped in unannounced and Mark was gracious and kind enough to accomodate my unexpected visit and showed me the car. Mark suggested that I drive the RAV4, even though I told him it was going to be my wife's car. I came beck later that day with my wife, and Mark helped my wife and I look at the car again. As it turned out, my wife was unimpressed with the new RAV4, so we ended up not even driving it. Mark again was gracious and helpful. We really appreciated his working with us. Even though we didn't end up buying from Mark, we are still in contact as Mark follows up with his customers. I expect to visit Mark and Town Toyota again in the near future when I get my new truck.
Please note had to get an attorney to collect for a payment due me when they sold my car on consignment. That was too bad all around - no trust for the Town Auto Group to date.
