There was a conflict in the purchase of a new fob. Initially I lost a fob and placed an order for a new one, but then it located the old one so I thought I cancelled the original order, Service said I hadn't and that they had tried to contact me several times. I don't have a record of any messages from them. I did pay for fob, but now wish I hadn't. A new fob can be purchased at locksmith who deals in them for half of the price including programming. Service on car otherwise was fine, tech. was friendly but I thought he could have told me about Fob before programming it and I would have refused it. Diana Gustafson-Barr
