Outstanding service, communication, & work on my expedition. Clearly the best ford dealer I’ve used on on the north side of Indy. Service advisor was exceptional in communication, this was my first experience with Tom Wood, highly recommend this dealer.!!

Stacie in the service department was very helpful. Had a 10 am appointment for oil change and the dealership looked very busy. I was going to wait at the dealership but was concerned about a long wait. Stacie made sure that my wait time was reasonable. I appreciated her effort and concern. 👍

Work was done as expected. Little longer than I thought to be completed but the waiting room was not overly crowded. I was expecting at least a vehicle wash after the job was completed. I highly recommend this to be done to keep your customers coming back!
