Serra Ford has some very nice vehicles. However, Bob Bell really made our car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Bob is great to talk to, but also got us through the buying process with efficiency and care for the details that mattered to us. We bought a vehicle "as is" but Bob still advocated on our behalf to fix a few minor issues that bothered us. He always offered us a water or some coffee and snacks, and was super accommodating with my wife and I both working full time into the evenings. I enjoyed talking hockey with Bob and I hope that I'll have the chance to buy another vehicle from him in the future!! Thanks Bob!

The service for picking up the car by the dealership for servicing and returning it to the customer is a good service. However it takes a long time to they had my car all day for a simple oil change. I was not advised it would be an all day process. Next time I will bring my car and wait at the dealership
My salesman Tristan was amazing. He got me in and out super fast. He was very efficient and knowledgeable.
