From the moment of the 1st call all the way through the entire process of getting my car to dealership, all repairs, keeping me updated, coordinating every aspect of of my experience including person drive to my home to pick me up so I could get my car back and on the road the entire process would not be possible without Cindy Johnson there guiding each department to make things happen. There was no Ai you had to speak to . THANK YOU CINDY JOHNSON OF APPLE FORD OF DANVILLE VA I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.!I’ll also recommend everyone who inquire, there’s no other place to go except APPLE FORD, as long as CINDY JOHNSON is at the helm of the ship. Save yourself a big headache and just go there, btw every single person I encountered were excellent and intensive in was there assignment was THANK YOU !!!!!
Nice people,if you buy a car from there.Worst if you need repairs. My vehicle has been waiting for parts since August 2021. They get part. Then tell me, I need a new $6000 transmission, allowed my battery to go dead on their lot. I had to use warranty to replace a 1 year old battery. They knew that, they were supposed to put Transmission in my car They knew I expected them to get transmission replaced.Yet they didn't bother to hear me when I signed papers for them to do repairs and now, I am going on another list for transmission to be put in, because of the UAW STRIKE.That I am sure they knew that before I did... How do they expect a new customer, to feel.When they will change their policies to, Something I was never informed of. They seem to be very nice people. I just NEED,My car fixed. And I say they dropped the ball big time. I need a better explanation than the run around I have received. They knew I would pay them whatever the cost. I kept in touch with them to reassure them I would be getting the money. Now after a little over 3 months after wait on part. I have the money and their Transmission Specialist is one of the best in Danville. I'm not trying to be ungrateful... I just want my car fixed. ASAP. JUST BECAUSE WE'RE ON SS, , I don't know. Either way This has to be the most ridiculous situation with getting a car repaired!!!!My main Question is why didn't you order the Transmission, when you knew, You were my only hope of getting back on the road.
My backup camera kept going black. Left my car there for 4 days, problem was NOT fixed. Took to another dealer, fixed in 2 hours.
Once again, we chose Barkhouser Ford as our dealership and Marqus Brooks as our salesperson for the purchase of my 2018 Ford Edge. Marqus was extremely helpful in pointing out the differences in Ford's SUV line. He found a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted! Thanks Marqus and Barkhouser for another great sales experience!
