Horrible! I purchased a car from them using there loan/ finance services and they NEVER REPORTED my payments to any of the credit bureaus! I paid every payment on time, sometimes going without to make sure it was always paid to ensure my credit would not only grow but not lose points. I called the office and after being lied to over and over and different excuse's being given was transferred to the manager. The manager laughed and sweared at me and basically told me it was too bad and that it was not her problem. First she said it was reported about the wrong name, then a company, then she forget, and the last thing she said was it wasn't accepted. I PAID OFF MY car so it was too late for her to add my points. So after PAYING MORE THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH, PAYING HUGE INTEREST, paying on time and GETTING NO POINTS TO MY CREDIT, getting yelled at and laughed at... I'm left with a car that is 2 and half years old that BARELY RUNS trash car. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
