He explained the features and showed us several versions. The price was better than other dealers. We visited 9 dealerships. Daniel prepared paperwork and also was friendly and terrific. There were NO surprises; all discussion was transparent and clear. We love our 2025 Ford Explorer ST.

Jim Brown is the internet dealer and he was so personable and helpful and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership everything was ready for us, vehicle was parked out front, clean and ready to test drive. Once we returned from the test drive Ben, the finance manager had paperwork ready and all the numbers were as they promised. Once paperwork was finalized, Jim took the time to show us all the bells and whistles on the Expedition. He was so nice and down to earth.
