The experience was OK. But after a week or so they called and said that I had to come back in and sign new papers at a higher interest rate so I decided to just bring the car back. Then, they said they negotiated with the bank and I got the same interest rate I originally signed for. That was kind of a bad part of my experience. Maybe they waited too long to send in the paperwork not really sure. All in all it was an OK experience I have had better. I still have a chip in my windshield. I emailed my salesman about but he has never responded so I guess I have to pay for that myself even though I bought the car with the chip.

The Mitubishi Service Department were timely with my repairs and the staff were friendly and professional.
