Carissa was the absolute best salesperson I have ever had when buying a new car. And I have bought many over the years. She was very personable and kept a good line of communications open. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding the RAV4 hybrid that I was interested in buying. She was able to answer every question I had not matter how difficult it was. She clearly knows her cars and enjoys doing her job, nice to see. She was engaging and so enthusiastic during the whole process of buying this car. I would recommend her highly. I would give her 10 stars if there were that many to award. Mike, in the finance section, was great to work with for closing the deal. He was quick to process our transaction and was not pushy. Efficient and very personable. These two people were a great team.
