Amy was my service associate. Apparently the appointment I requested did not include an oil change and tire rotation in addition to replacement of my rear tail light. I requested all three services when I called for the appointment and was even given an estimate just under $800. However, I didn't realize it when I initially checked in and signed the service request. I thought it odd when Amy came to the waiting room shortly after checking in. When I got in my vehicle I noticed that the old sticker for the last oil change was still on the front window. I went back in to the service desk and discussed the situation with Amy. She politely informed me that she would get my vehicle back in for the remaining service if I was willing to wait. Of course I accepted because it's about 60 miles round trip to my home. Even better was when I was checking out Amy applied a 10% discount for the remaining service for the inconvenience. Highly recommend both Amy and Portsmouth Chevrolet to my friends and family. In fact I will be going back in November for a new truck lease.
