On June 19, 2026, I took my CT4 into Sullivan Cadillac for an all-points safety inspection. Estefania Adaro immediately had the inspection done in the time it takes to “drink two cups of coffee and read and respond to a few emails on my cell phone.” The service was fast and efficient! As always, Estefania was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I can always depend on Estefania to be honest and upfront about warranties and service work on my 2021 Cadillac CT4 and 2025 Cadillac CT5 V6. Thank you and keep up the great work! K.
