Great ! Easy process and got my payment right where I want to be ! I feel better now

Great service friendly staff takes care of my vehicle. The only issue is with known issues that should have had a recall like the fuel pressure control module. This is a dangerous issue. I cannot imagine the engine shutting down completely pulling my travel trailer through Atlanta. Makes you wish you were driving a vehicle without all the electronics. 😡

Beck’s service department did a great job handling my recall service. They also provided me with advice on some other service I will eventually need and we set up a follow up timeline for further service.

Shelia and Robby were outstanding. I bought a truck in 2020 and another one a couple weeks ago and I’ll come back again because of the awesome customer service and fair deal they gave me. Once I got the truck home I noticed it was missing a few things like the antenna and operations manual. I called Robby and it was on my door step within a week. I drove all the way from Gainesville because of the nice truck they sold me but also and more importantly because of the people like Shelia and Robby who work there made it so easy for me:-)
