I brought in my 2011 Ram 1500 that has 325,000 miles for service. Truck has been excellent but had developed several issues over time that needed attention. Ask the service writer Paul Swartout to please keep it running. He went to work and ordered the need parts to get me back on the road. All the work was completed and several other issues were addressed. My truck is back on the road and ready for more miles. A big THANKS to Paul and the different mechanics that worked on my truck!!

Had ABS brake module replaced---Been working with Andrew (Service manager) along with Ram Customer Care since the beginning of August 2025 in getting the ABS Module in stock. Everyone was very helpful. I would like to Thank everyone for their help.
