The staff has been top notch with me. Very pleasant, aimed to please, and timely in the work being done. The only issue is that there is always grease somewhere on the driver's side after they're finished with my car and I have to go home and try to clean it.

Terry & the Service person were GREAT! I drove 1.5 hrs just to have my 2018 Pacifica handled & taken care of by Shively Motors Chambersburg. Mr. Kymingham was very understanding & patient with my needs for our car. He fulfilled my expectations & resolved all issues for my car 110%! I especially appreciated the free car wash. Next time, maybe a free tank of gas????
