They are efficient, and do very good work, especially if the appointment has details. Love the free car wash & inspection, but I miss the antimicrobial spray they used to give us complimentary.

Kira was there the day I went in to pick up my new car. I had purchased it from Scott who was out sick. Kira stepped in and gave me all the time in the world. She walked me through every setting. Helped me set up the most important settings. Arranged for me to come back and get some accessories installed. Offered to come pick up the car or get me a loaner car. She followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was good. I appreciated the attention to detail when it wasn't her sale. It was obvious she cared.
