Front desk person Sonja was friendly. Disappointed though that my car was not done on time. I clearly stated that I needed rear brakes done and they got fronts instead. Wish I would of received a high credit or something on top of what I already recieved.

When Bosak purchased the dealership, we were unhappy with the service. So far, the service we received from Graff Toyota has been very good.
