Service customer service is under trained and rude. Will take the extra time to go to round rock for service
Great service in the repair section. Prompt response and no pressure to do repairs suggested.
Houston was very communicative and efficient. My repair work was done promptly and there were no surprises, as everything had been thoroughly explained and my choices made clear. The service bay and counter were exceptionally clean.

I also was amazed and grateful for the clean and polish interior and exterior condition of my Tucson upon pickup. PS: Your beautiful and well organized facility is easy to locate and much needed here in central Texas.
The service department was communicative and patient with me as I sought many repairs for my aging vehicle. I did not expect my car back in the same day, but they returned my car within three business days. It was not ideal that the work was not done over the weekend, but the A+ customer service outweighed that inconvenience. I hope they do not begin overbooking as their counterparts in Round Rock (RR) do. I would NOT recommend the RR location. I'm satisfied with the quality of work, timeliness of the job, and timely communication about my repairs. Tp be clear, I did not get a phone call every day (because my car was not being worked on every day). I got a phone call when updates could be given or if I reached out with questions.
Justin was really helpful. He took time to show me the models and options of each model. He drove me around while I sat in the back seat to test the suspension of the car. I wanted a smooth ride for all passengers. The financial officer (I think her name was breezy) was very helpful as well. She helped me pick the best finance option that worked for me. It was a good experience.
