My service person was very accommodating, but I must say I was a little shocked on pricing. I was quoted $400 to replace one battery, $160. To replace my air filter. That being said I try to stick with just basic service needs. Also on average it takes 3hrs for an oil change Generally all the staff is great, this is my 5th F-250 which I typically get 300k plus miles

Customer service here is good. They’re a little dry and non accommodating but if you push for something then they will try and make it happen. There is no real decent coffee, espresso or latte machine in the office.
