The technician Sequoia was the best. There was some miscommunication on customer service for my initial request however Sequoia was on it. I truly appreciate a technician like her.

My technician, Marco, was very thorough, found the problem and fixed it quickly, taking time to explain everything to me. Very reasonable charge, too. I'll definitely use these guys again!

My service person, Sequoia was absolutely great. She's very patient , thorough and is a very good trouble shooter. She identified issues that should have been caught by previous techs, which makes me concerned about the quality of previous work. I had problems in the same system for almost a year now. And, I've spent lots of money for you to make the repairs. Now I'm feeling like the problem is solved.
