I talked with this dealer and Sam in particular for a total of two weeks. Every single time I called, the guy acted like he didn’t know who I was. I was going to buy a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership and he told me that something needed to be repaired on the car, which I said fine. I called him today, Wednesday, July 1 2025 and I waited on the phone for eight minutes then the phone cuts off. I called him right back and he acts like he doesn’t know who I am again. Then he proceeds to tell me that someone bought the SUV as is. He told me that the car would not be sold while they were working on the repairs, but now he says someone has purchased it out from under me. This was the worst Car dealership experience I have ever had in my 65 years on planet Earth. My advice to anyone that’s looking to buy a preowned car is stay the xxxx away from Chicago Motor Credit and Sam Dabb.
