Check in was quick and easy. Very nice people. Work was done within the hour and a half promised. Made videos and sent to me as they did the work!! Very cool!!

Everyone is so great! They make car stuff make sense to someone who doesn’t know much about them. I bought my Mazda from them and continue to take my cx5 to them for any maintenance needs. They’ve been wonderful since day 1, I love my royal Moore Mazda location and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

On our second trip to the dealership we were met by a knowledgeable sales person who listened and answered our questions and asked specific questions about our needs and desires in a new car. He was personable and knowledgeable. Once we began the process to purchase, each person we spoke with explained everything fully, was professional and conversive. Everything was explained well and while we were given options, we didn't feel the hard sell tactics that you often get at dealerships. We appreciated this. We got the feeling that the sales staff believed fully in what was being offerred and wanted to be certain we understood what we were accepting or declining. We recommend Royal Moore as well as each sales person we worked with.
