I took my car there because it wouldn’t start and my dash lights would flash, I told them when it did it the battery would click like it was dead, they said it was the backup camera that they’d have to order and I’d get a call in 1-2 weeks when the part came in. 3 weeks passed with no phone call so my husband called and the guy was like oh yup we have it. I drive out there to arrive and find out they had moved locations and not said anything. I get to the new location and bring up again, can we just make sure it’s not the battery. I was assured they would. They replaced the backup camera. This morning we go for an oil change and it does it again so the garage we’re at ACTUALLY tests the battery and the voltage is coming back as about half as much as it should. My husband just called fx to tell them about it and his response was “well I’ll have to call Kia to see if this will be covered under warranty” total xx as we brought the car in before the warranty was up. They DID NOT LISTEN TO ME, THEY LIED TO ME, wasted my time on something they knew wasn’t the issue, I believe because they’d get more money from Kia if it was the backup camera rather than the battery. Bottom line is they’re sketchy 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND Update: guy never called back after saying he would do my husband called him and basically was like yeah we fixed the wrong but it’s your problem now
It has been 1 week since we had our car in for service . Twice the car didn’t start, so it is doing the same thing I brought my car in for service. Something is draining the battery(new battery and had it check) Kia had my car for 3 days and I have the same issue.
Leased a Kia Carnival from these guys. Within weeks the Kia started breaking down on the side of the road; the engine literally stopped running without warning. The vehicle has been sitting in their service center for a week and it took them 5 days to get a rental and that is after constant hounding them. They couldn't even get a comparable vehicle... They authorized a Chevy Cruze to replace a minivan.
Purchased a new 2022 Kia Forte GT-Line from FX Kia. Johnny Tufo was amazing. I never would’ve thought he was a car salesman. Not pushy at all. I’d never buy a Kia anywhere else. Brian Perkins in F&I office was very easy to work with as well. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time and this was by far the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve ever had. This is also the first time I’ve left a lot and not felt like I was taken advantage of by someone in the process. Refreshing. Especially in todays vehicle market. Thanks again Johnny.

Recently took my 2016 Kia Soul into FX Caprara Kia of Watertown as they are the only dealer in the area that Services kias I had called them because my mechanic said my car was on inspectable it needed a new catalytic converter the one on it was damaged but was still under warranty by the manufacturer upon contacting FX Caprara I was told by their service department that they didn't want to spend time chasing down parts and most likely all that was needed was a computer update I brought my car in for service and I asked them at the end of the service if they had looked at the catalytic converter they had not they had updated my car according to the recall notice sc176 which specifically states that the catalytic converter can become damaged and make the car dangerous to drive and one of this prescribed remedies is replacing the catalytic converter FX Caprara did not inspect this at all I have contacted FX Caprara as well as Kia Motors directly regarding this matter Kia Motors claims at FX Caprara has not got in contact with them regarding this despite it being several weeks at this point without a car neither Kia Motors nor FX Caprara Kia has shown even the minimum level of customer service or compliance with the recall notice and they have expressed no interest in honoring the warranty mandated by the federal government on exhaust systems I would not recommend this dealer if you had to walk 4 hours both way to work every day I would tell you to enjoy the walk in between reporting them to the national highway traffic safety administration the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission I'm going to attempt to review every site FX Caprara is able to be reviewed with until either kia or FX Caprara decide that they in fact want to honor the warranties and service recalls mandated by the federal government
