I am upset about Anderson taken over. Very bad experience at another location. It was a nightmare. I left in a new car no gas the car was in an accident. Salesman laughed at me. I swore I would never buy another car from them. I even wrote a letter to General Motors. I have bought two cars from Boyles. I’m getting ready to buy an another. But not from them. I was told that the employees are still there. As long as they are still there I will get my car serviced there. They are excellent. I am so disappointed.😕
The team at the dealership from my salesman to the financial person was exceptional and they were all very professional.
Service is great as usual. They never try to sell service work not needed. Jeremy called when the work was done and the bill was less than I expected. All the service people are friendly and knowledgeable I am glad many employees stayed from the Boyle Buick GMC days.
Mike Duray was great in regards to our decision to purchase the new vehicle . Other staff that talked to us about the payment was very helpful as well.. We also had a great experience when we went there yesterday for the installing the Lojack..
Dana was very helpful and friendly. She helped me get everything fixed. I would recommend this service station.
Raymond was great very relaxed car buying experience. I would definitely buy from Raymond again.
