Hands down the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased my truck May 10 and drove 6 1/2 hours to get it. The next week I had a concern with a flashing check engine light that came on briefly one trip and then went off. No big deal cause they provided a warranty on the truck. After 1 1/2 months of trying to get through to their customer service I finally was able to talk to the guy and come to find out, I was sent home without the warranty paperwork. Now yes, they were able to get it to me but I’m paying for that warranty and so that was an ordeal. Secondly, the temp tag that was provided expired at the end of June. Today, August 15th I finally got my plates in the mail. Over 3 months since the purchase date to get plates because the dealership said they file it online and handle it. They said their person who does titling and licenses had a family emergency and I can understand that but almost 2 months of driving around on an expired tag. I had called multiple times and even spoke with the general manager by recommendation from one of their employees and was told word for word, “if you show the cop your bill of sale if you get pulled over, most of them will understand and not give you a hard time.” That may be true but if I get the one cop that does give me a hard time, were they going to pay for my ticket since it’s their fault in the first place? Highly doubt it. All in all, the business experience was hands down the worst I’ve ever had. I will say though that Gabriel who was my salesperson was extremely nice and I enjoyed the banter we had. 110% though would not recommend and will not be purchasing a vehicle through here again.
The staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile, to ensure the purchase and loan process was easy to navigate.
Gab did an excellent job of helping us pick out the car for us . I would recommend your dealer ship to anyone. Gab explained and answered all of my questions . I would give him a 10 out of 10
Willing to work and help the customers, clean lot huge selection of cars and trucks.
The best car buying experience I've ever had! The car we wanted, at the price we wanted, honest communication, and the entire staff went above and beyond.
Had a very good experience. Stacy was very friendly, made things clear, and made the process smooth without pressuring
