Vehicle was taken in for two routine services at 50k miles. Car did not start upon pickup on Friday after close. Car was left for the next day service staff to look at and repair what they/the service staff broke the day before. A part was not reinstalled correctly after the two routine services. The service advisor that we attempted to work with on the fix was very poor at customer service and made many excuses. Requested a call from management on Monday and did not receive. Very VERY disappointed in how the service staff manager their error and how de-prioritized fixing their error was. Will not return.
This honda dealership is fantastic they have helped me in many ways many times ask for Jacob or missy if you have any issues
They have always been respectful of my time when I go in and they are totally reasonable to work with when buying a car.
This dealership was absolutely excellent in every way. The service, the attention to detail, the time taken to answer every question and solve every problem was impeccable! Service department is questionable. I own 2 Hondas and have had each serviced at this dealership a total of 3 times. First time was fine, just an oil change. Next time I was charged for a service even though the tech notes stated the service was not performed. I was never able to get anyone I explain why I had to pay for the service not performed. Third visit they recommended new struts as tires wearing uneven in the rear. Had my car for a whole day and overnight and didn't even do the actual service they recommended. They replaced the fuel pump as part of a recall instead. Josh the service advisor was barley helpful and kept saying it wasn't his fault as my ticket was started with a different advisor who wasn't there right now. I will not be going back anytime soon and will return to Honda of Des Moines where I had been going for several years, the longer drive is well worth it.
We purchased a new Hybrid CRV last December. I paid additional to get mud flaps put on the car. When I brought it in they said it already had mud flaps. I then asked the sales person to please refund what I paid since they were included with the vehicle OR to please explain why they shouldn't refund me. I was told I needed to talk to the sales Manager for this. I attempted to contact him 10-15 times over this year (left messages on his answering machine and had the sales person ask him to call me. He has never responded. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced from any auto dealer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
